• HYDRATING & EXFOLIATING: Instead of using Purified Water we went a step further and used Cactus Extract as our ingredient. This allowed us to contain over 87% of Cactus Extract in our Cactus Toner Pads. With special exfoliation/healing ingredients such as Witch Hazel Extract and Cica that effectively wipe off waste to start your skincare routine.
