Microwave on a rotating carousel for 1 minute, not to exceed 2. For cold therapy, place in a plastic bag and put in freezer for 30 minutes. It will retain moist warmth for up to 15 minutes; chilled for up to 10 minutes. Perfect for soothing hot/cold therapy.
